#Wheresmybikeboise Challenge

Join our #wheresmybikeboise challenge August 24 through August 28 for a chance to win a cruiser bike.

Looking for something safe, socially distanced, and fun to do in downtown Boise? In need of a new, cool cruiser bike to get you around town? If so, you are in luck, we will be giving away a bike the last day in August at the end of our Where’s My Bike social media challenge.


We've been racking our brain on ways to keep you all moving with us in a safe way during this strange stage of life we find ourselves in. We decided, since there is a bike shortage out there, to give a bike to one of you!

Here is how it works:

Each day City Go staff will be hiding the bike in a different downtown location and posting clues on Instagram to help you find it.  Make sure to follow us on Instagram. You must be following us to be entered to win the bike.

To enter, simply find the bike, take a selfie with it and then post the photo on Instagram using the hashtag #wheresmybikeboise

Each person can enter one time per day and have a maximum of five entries for the contest.  The winner will be announced on Monday, August 31st.  

When: August 24-28, 8am-8pm
Where: Downtown Boise and Instagram
Hashtag: #wheresmybikeboise
Clues: Everyday at 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 3:30pm, and 4:30pm on City Go’s Instagram
Entries: One entry per day when you find and post a picture of the bike
Extra entries: Be the first to find the bike and post on Instagram and receive an addition entry for the day
Winner Announced: Monday, August 31, 2020

Challenge Rules

  1. Sweepstakes dates are August 24-28, 2020.

  2. Winner will be announced on August 31, 2020.

  3. Bike will be available to “find” from 8:00am - 8:00pm.

  4. All participants must be 18 years of age or older.

  5. No purchase necessary to enter the sweepstakes.

  6. Limited to two (2) entry per day of sweepstakes with a maximum of five (10) sweepstakes entries per participant.

  7. All participants must be Idaho residents. One (1) entry for finding the bike and posting and one (1) entry if you are the first participant to find and post the bike on a day.

  8. First to find the bike and post: Limited to two (1) entry per day of sweepstakes with a maximum of five (5) sweepstakes entries per participant.

  9. Non-first to post entries: One (1) entry per day for finding the bike and posting with a maximum of five (5) sweepstakes entries per participant.

  10. All participants must be Idaho residents. 

  11. All content and/or information in post (including tag) must be correct.  Inaccurate tagging of content will result in disqualification of the participant post.

  12. Per Instagram rules, we must mention this is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram, Inc. By entering, entrants confirm they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s term of use.
