What happened to the individual membership option?
The individual VRT City Go membership option is being discontinued. If you have an existing individual membership, you can keep using it until your membership expires. Individuals can still save on annual and monthly bus passes. Learn more here.
Do I have access to other discounted transportation?
If it’s your first time here, use your company’s unique sign-up link. Find the link in your welcome email, ask your transportation coordinator, or contact us with your work email address.
It depends. Most groups have access to discounted transportation through the VRT City Go membership. Some groups only have bus passes (Regional Pass Program or VRT funding partners). If you’re not sure, contact us with your work email address.
