Registering Your City Go Smartcard

Treat your City Go Smartcard like cash and protect it. Registering your smartcard is easy and ensures that your fare and card can be replaced if your card is lost or stolen.

Registration Steps

  1. Navigate to umopass.com and click the "Register" button

  2. Click "I want to use a card" on the next page

  3. Enter a username, email address, password, and the smartcard number found on the back of your card.

  4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click "Register"

  5. Review the username, click “Confirm” on the pop-up message

  6. The registration process is done and you can now manage your account
